Internazionale coach Roberto Mancini has accused the Italian media of exaggerating the Nerazzurri's below-par start to the season. The reigning Serie A champions have won just two of their four opening fixtures which has led to criticism of Mancini. Former Chelsea coach Jose Mourinho has been linked with the Inter hot-seat in recent days and Mancini is unhappy at the negative press his side has received. "We have the same problems as everyone else but, as it's Inter, everything is exaggerated," he claimed. "If we drop two points then the media begins acting as if we're bottom of Serie A. "I know exactly where I stand with Inter. "If we were to lose seven games in a row, okay, it would be different. But as it stands, speculation of this sort is nonsensical and in poor taste." |
